The most northerly point on the British mainland is at the cliffs at Easter Head, 4km north-north west of Brough OSGR ND203768, the most southerly is at the cliffs above the Vellan Drang rocks, Lizard Point, OSGR SW702115. The distance between the two measured as the crow flies is 976.90 km. In terms of the distance measured from two points at the same respective latitudes ie. direct North/South it's 966.59 km. After all the work I've put in you can convert these figures to miles.

I don't know, but get yourself an atlas and use the scale. Is this question for homework?
The furthest north point is actually Out Stack, just to the north of Muckle Flugga (not Flagga)
