You need to download a program to help you download the tracker you see on torrentscan. I use bitcomet because it's very easy to use.

When you goto torrentscan, put in Smallville in the keyword box and it will show you all the results for it. Then you download the torrent for that episode (it is episode 6x01). You start bitcomet and click open, select the torrent you just downloaded and click ok. It will then find all the people who have that file and download from them.
Wehn you are at torrentscan, there will be a column with S another with L. S is seeders and they are all the people with the whole file. L is leechers and they only have part of the file and are downloading as well as uploading what they have. You want to download the torrent with the highest number of seeders.

They have all Smallville episodes at http://www.FavoriteTVshow.com They have a one time small sign up free but after this you get unlimited access to old and new shows including full series.
