If your trying to make a website, then check out http://www.pixel2life.com/ , as they have lots of tutorials to choose from (go to HTML Tricks and Tips on the left to get to HTML Tutorials). There are also a lot of resources that you could use to build forums and guestbooks etc. @ http://www.webmasters-resources.com/ .
