The dryer gremlin strikes again!! I kept losing socks and finally bought a mesh bag (made of material not plastic). I place all my socks in the bag before they go into the washer or the dryer. These bags can usually be picked up at places like Zellers, Walmart. etc. Since I started doing this I have not lost 1 sock, my gremlin was starving to death and went looking for a new home. Perhaps you inherited mine (his name is Alfie by the way).

Oh! you don't know !
Well its like this:

Dryers ''looooove'' socks! as a main meal.
simple
Its been a long knowen, little bit of imformation.....
But
Some dryers have socks stick to the roof of their mouths, like we humans do with peanut butter...Sooo look up next time inside the dryers mouth?, and you may find a sock.

I have that problem mismatched socks!!
I think something eats them!
The way it happens to me is I have a pile in my laundry room of socks that have no mates I wait untill I get lots then I through them and match them up but some don't have mates so just chuck them in the garbage! but then after I have thrown them out find the mate I needed but it is gone how does that work?
I swear something eats them!!

The one that didn't return after the wash, probably went on to a better place. You really don't know what kinds of problems it was dealing with. Wish it well and get on with your life.

Hehehe...

look in your pockets, unroll towels, sheets, clothes. They hide there sometimes. Also, if you have a front-loader, look around the floor to see if you dropped it
