In order to have WAP connection in your mobile phone, you must set your GPRS, MMS and WAP settings. For this you have to talk with your network operator as they change according to them. Once you set them access the http://www.mobile9.com site from your phone. Then you’ll get a page asking the type of thing you want to download. (i.e. Screensaver, wallpaper, etc) then you are suppose to enter a code and submit the code. To check the code of the item use IE. (Each picture is displayed with a code) once you type the code, it’ll get downloaded and installed in your phone.

wap is not a thing you can download. It is a version if the web that is designed for phones and mobile devices. You should be able to access the internet with your phone. Read the manual that came with it.
