Any ideas on how to get rid of Trojan.BHO.JV ?

Windows Defender keeps picking up this file. None of my other security software (Norton Anti-Spy and AVG) is finding it.
I've tried turning off system restore, removing the file then rebooting, but it just comes back. I've cleared my cookies and temp internet files. Every time Defender removes it, it needs to reboot my system just to have the trojan show back up.

Try it in safe mode. Here is a tutorial. If it comes back it is a virus.
