Just at the local drug store in the shampoo aisle. Trust me I have used one after my surgery and couldn't shower. That is where my mom bought it from.

There is a company called VIVA who sell caps that enable you to wash your hair without having to leave your bed ideal for bed bound people or those in hospital, you don't have to use soap or water either, you get a pack of two with a set of wipes that enable to clean yourself without having to get to a bath/shower. They cost £19.95 for 2 caps and eight wipes. You can ring them on 0870 942 4747, for further information, ask for one of their brouchures, mine came free with a magazine, postage costs are around £4.95, their address is as follows: - Viva, 1 Crompton Road, Groundwell, Wiltshire, SN25 5AW. Hope that helps you!
