It's a scam. Good luck getting your money back when they do nothing for you. I see it is possible to get your money back, but you got to work at it.
Whenever looking into things like this, I always cut and paste the name and add scam to the end to track out negative information about them.

I am not Canadian and I don't know anything about this company, but I know a little bit about searching a job in Dubai, as I am thinking about that, too. I didn't have any real experience in that field (yet), but I have been told what to do if I decide to go for it. Some people (and one of them is a guy from Dubai) advised me to check the sites of the companies that I am interested in and to go to their "careers" section. There are job offers there, so one can apply on line. I have heard it is the best way.
If you don't know any company in the field you are interested in (and even if you do, it is always better to check for more opportunities), just search for it on the net. I did that and it was very successful.
As I said, I didn't apply anywhere yet, but people told me that you first send your cv, then they call you (if they are interested, of course) and do an interview with you on the phone (it usually takes 30-45 minutes). Or, if the company has an office in your country or a deal with some recruiting company, they invite for the interview there. I don't know what is next, but I think it is worth trying anyway, as you can always give it up if you don't like it.
One more thing: a person that answered my question about working in Dubai left the site www.thatsdubai.com. I recommend you to have a look, there are some useful information there. Also, try www.emiratesgroupcareers.com.
Hope this helps

How much money are they sending? It sounds very much like a scam to me. Although there is a company (airline) here in australia which asks for $60 per interview and you do not get the money back if you dont get the job. Look for a contact number and try to call someone at the company. If you want a job in Dubai, why dont you have a look on the Emirates website?

I had heard good things about them from other people and knew people who had gotten responses from them so I signed up and paid the money and after six months I didn't hear anything from them or get any money back. I couldn't even find a way to contact them for it. I wouldn't bother.

No one ASKS you for money to get you a job......they are supposed to pay YOU!
I've never heard of any kind of company like that here!
If they are registered here in Canada........contact the Better Business Bureau and report them!

Be very careful, firstly you have to ask what they want the money for? Presumably they told you how much they want.
"Send money" would immediately make me hugely skeptical! In fact, as I think about it I wouldn't send the money - promise it on delivery of a named job perhaps?
