I am 13 and have never gotten my period before. I got cramps sunday through tuesday last week and now they are back. My breasts have been really sore lately too. Am I about to get my period. And how do I get cramps to go away during school.

You could try taking some tylenol or motrin - they tend to help pretty well with menstrual cramps. At home you can hold a hot water bottle to your stomach, and you can buy heat patches which you can wear under your clothes for when you're out at school. Good luck!

Tylenol or advil should get rid of the pain. If it doesn't, you should see a doctor. You can take a hot bath or put a hot water bottle on your tummy while at home. Exercise and being a healthy weight (not over weight) helps with cramps too.

i agree with the others, but i wanted to share with u a pressure point that helps me. follow these steps:
1) get ur hands warm by rubbing the palms together (if they're cold...this won't work very well.)
2) sit on ur bed/floor
3) massage just above the back of ur ankles...this is where the pressure point is. it's right where the calf muscle attaches to the ankle...massage not the tendon, but the meaty part just above the ankle. (the area is about an inch or 2 wide.) rub/gently squeeze it for 2 minutes and keep that area warm. u should immediately feel a difference.
4) wear socks/pants, so that ur ankles stay warm. consider keeping ur feet warm as well.

sounds weird, but it works for me.
