communism is bad in their case as well, even though theyre growing, why do yu think so many chinese try to leave china? again, the media isnt always telling you the whole truth. china keeps its currency rate at an artificially low level, which the EU and US are complaining about. did you know that china has a 10% unemployment rate? and poverty also exists there, as well as pollution that makes America look good.

Only on paper. They are adopting a capitalist system, and are beginning to pass laws that show it. Only because they are getting away from communist economic policies do they have any money or any goods worth trading for.
The only part of communism they seem to practice is the part about central party control.

Willis pretty much hit it on the head. They are really not communist anymore, just totalitarian. Central party control and communist are not directly correlated. There are plenty of 1-party totalitarian regimes out there that are not communist. Now that they are trading on the free market and promoting entrepreneurship, it's hard to call them communist these days, though their political system is hardly open.

If i had to write about how bad communism is, I'd be here all day. If it makes you feel better i don't buy things if it comes out of China.
Today everything is about money and not ideology. Its so superficial.

Yes, it is BAD. Dealing with Communists, however, doesn't make them good - only if you adapt their system.
