I have added the component, and can see the details under IIS Manager, all rights ie. anon access is set etc etc and accept ANY ip etc etc, but cannot connect via FTP..., Am in a secure lan with only windows firewall on. Any Ideas?

Get an FTP software try searching for cuteftp..

I'd assume you had enabled (installed IIS) on your machine. You may have to specify Anonymous login for FTP (if you want this); or if not, create the necessary login credentials. Thereafter, you may have to choose the FTP folders, and the access rights to those folders. (right-click on MY COMPUTER>MANAGE>SERVICES - you'll see the FTP properties. Just go through to make sure you got the configuration right)
