FIRST OF ALL....
THANK YOU FOR A BRUTALLY HONEST QUESTION !!!
Pre soaking will do wonders even if you don't have special spray. If you have a product such as "shout" or "spray n wash" USE THEM... if not then add alittle dish soap to the soiled area then rub vigorously together. let soak at least over night and wash as usual.
Good luck ! I know the feeling...I sometimes have a house full of men's underware to wash... Sheeesh I deserve an award for putting up with all this $hit...LITERALLY !!!
ha ha haha ha ha ha hahahah aha ha ha hah !!
: )

Start out with new underwear and use those those inexpensive pantie liners - you just remove them and throw out those tobacco stains. I'm 72 yrs old and a man and I've been using them for years. Helps the lady of the house too (except those occasions when it slips to one side).

Vow to lick the back of your boxers each night ! When you've taken them off. After a few nights you'll either devop a taste for it, or you'll learn not to do it at all.
Or
Chuck 'em away and buy new ones, if you can stop at least it won't cost a fortune

The best way is to put them in a washing machine and let it take the strain. Also, prevention is better than a cure, so stop now.

When that happens put some dish soap on them and then scrub them together. Then get a load of whites and use bleach. That should do the trick.

Lose weight, wash your behind better, don't take a crap and just wipe. It's obviously not enough. God, man, you need to step up your hygiene.
Wash the undies in bleach water before you put them in the hamper. Use bleach when washing your whites.

Soak them first in cool water, then put liquid laundry detergent on them and rub it in. Then wash is cold water, add bleach. If they have been washed and dried in a dryer they may never come out.

Throw 'em out man. You might get some of the stain out but it will always be there in spirit. Not a turnon for the ladies - if you know what I mean.

Tide Pen. You might want to wear protective panty liners.
