In the 'net world, typing in all caps is considered yelling or shouting. Regular, mixed case typing is the standard - just like in all business and school typing.
It's considered rude because people don't like to be shouted at.

Becuase in computer language, when you type in caps it is considered shouting/yelling and is VERY rude!
