Black Forest Cake is the best cake ever and Dark Chocolate is the best chocolate to use.

300 ml of cream and 250gr chocolate (milk, white or dark) in a pot on a low heat stir constantly till choc is melted, remove from heat and beat. It comes out thick like a fudge.

dont use icing buy cadburys chocolate and melt it down and use that instead
