this is to a nice expert in html?

i wanted my name to be written in my yahoo signature...........i wanted it to be written using marquee ......error occured that the signature is a lenthy .....it wanted to reduce the size .........the program is

Theres no way to reduce that other than to remove some of the photobucket links.
