My first response was going to be-get off your duff, but I think you might be serious.

First off, you want to be active but you're not, why? If you're too tired, not the same as being lazy, you may have to have a look at your sleep habits, get about 8 hours of sleep. Next, your energy level may be out of whack, you need to eat good food. This can be complicated for some but it really is common sense, eat all that good stuff you hate. Too much suger is not good, by the way, it can actually work backwards and drain your energy. Generally throw out the pop and drink water, 8 glasses a day, more if you exercise.
Next find an activity you enjoy and some people to do it with. Usually joining a team is good. They'll keep you accountable if you miss a practice or game, usually by causing you pain.
If you haven't been doing anything active you may want to start out just walking for a while.

PLZZZ CHOOSE MINE THE BEST ONE IF YOU ARE MY REAL FRIEND

There are many other options to get more active that don't include jogging, weight lifting or other "traditional" ways to work out. Here are a few ideas to get you moving

1) Chase your Kids around the Yard You'd be surprised at how much of a work out you'll get playing catch with your kids. Time will fly while you are having fun and your children will enjoy the extra time with you. Just get out there and play.

2) Turn up the Music and Dance around the Living Room While you're dusting, putting up dishes, straightening up the kids' rooms, or after you've been sitting around for too long, just play some of your favorite upbeat music and dance around in the house. Not only will you get your heart rate up, but you'll also have more fun doing some of those chores. 3) Plant some Flowers When the weather is nice, just get out there and plant some flowers. Or you could start a little vegetable garden, trim some hedges, cut the grass, or plant a tree. You get the idea. Just get out there, enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, and play in the dirt. Yes, this actually counts as exercise in our book.

4) Go for a Walk with a Friend Take a walk and invite a friend to come along. I've had some of the best conversations while on a walk. Getting to chat with a friend makes the time fly by and before you know it you've been walking for 30 minutes.

5) Listen to some Music or an Audio Book while You Walk Again, keeping your mind on something else will make the time fly by and you'll get some extra fun out of your walk. You may even want to consider getting an MP3 Player. You can easily add what you want to listen to and go for your walk.

6) Sign up for a Yoga or Pilates Class Consider starting a yoga or Pilates class. Both of these workouts are pretty low impact and won't leave you sweaty and sore (mostly). You may also enjoy meeting some new people in the class.

7) Take some Dance Lessons with your Partner Ok, here is the tough part: Convince your partner to take some dance lessons. Dancing will give you quite the workout and it's just plain fun and of course romantic. Think about all your options here. You can pick from anything from Ball Room Dancing, to Line Dancing, to Latin etc. Pick something that sounds fun to you and go for it. You'll enjoy the extra one on one time with your partner as well.

8) Go for a Swim at Your Local YMCA or Aquatic Center Swimming makes for some great exercise. It is low impact and easy on your joints. Start by swimming a few laps, or play in the pool with your kids.

9) Go for a Bike Ride Take the entire family on a bike ride. You can ride through your neighborhood in the evenings or plan a longer trip for the weekend. Pack a picnic for extra fun and start peddling.

10) Go for a Hike Look for some hiking trails in your area and go for a hike. This could be a fun activity for you and a friend, or take the entire family along. Start with some easy trails and work yourself up to some longer or steeper trails.

Go ahead, pick one or two of the activities and get moving. I'm sure you'll come up with plenty of versions of your own. The most important thing is to find something you enjoy, so you'll stick with it. Get out there and get moving today

If you really have any work to do,
And only if you do the work you ll earn your daily bread, you ll not be lazy.

People become lazy when they have enough stock of what they need!
Or if someone else is there to take care of them!

Get up off of your dead-a*ss and do something worthwhile for yourself and your community!!! First, go to a childrens hospital and volunteer for those with cancer who will never get to live to be your age and who would love to trade places with you. Giving is the greatest accomplishment in life. Try it...you might like it. Godloveya.

Eat the right foods.

High Energy Foods

high energy foods-the best source of vitamins, nutrients, and other building blocks for a healthy, strong and energetic YOU. My suggestion is that you pick one or two energy foods listed below and you incorporate them into your diet each week. So week one you might pick blueberries. Week 2 you might incorporate a handful of nuts each day and Green Tea. Taking action in this way will help you make energy foods a habit.

Blueberries - 10 times more antioxidants than almost all other fruits and vegetables. They are also a good "Carbohydrate" so they release sugar into your blood at a slower rate and maintain your energy level. Also incorporate other fruits on a daily basis since your body is constantly burning sugar for fuel. I like to eat fruit as a mid-morning snack or with protein for breakfast. For example: Oranges are a great source of folic acid, fiber, antioxidants, beta-carotene and vitamin C.

Nuts - A great source of vitamins, minerals, protein and unsaturated fat. They're only fattening if you eat too much of them. Eat a handful a day to increase your energy and health. Walnuts are a great source of Omega-3 essential fatty acids. Almonds are considered the super-nut. Brazil nuts are a great source of Selenium. I say mix up the nuts and eat a handful of a different nut each day.

Raisins provide you with potassium-a mineral your body uses to convert sugar in the blood into energy. I like to eat raisins with nuts as an afternoon snack.

Dark Leafy Greens : They are loaded with anti- cancer compounds, vitamins and minerals. They are a great source of Vitamin B9 (folic acid), beta-carotene and vitamin C and fiber. Examples include: Collards, spinach & asparagus. Other vegetables that are excellent for your energy and health include: Broccoli, considered the most nutritious vegetable and also a great source of calcium and Red and Green Peppers.

Wild Alaskan Salmon : A great source of Omega- 3's which are the essential building blocks for a healthy brain. Also according to Douglas Bibus, Ph.D., Editor of Omega 3 News, "Omega-3s increase the flexibility of red blood cells, boosting blood flow and the supply of energy-providing oxygen throughout the body." Make sure your salmon is wild Alaskan and not farm-raised which contains high levels of cancer causing PCB's.

Green Tea - a great source of antioxidants that helps you fight cancer and prevent against heart disease. Contains much less caffeine than coffee. Buy a brand that is naturally decaffeinated if you avoid caffeine. In addition, Swiss researchers found that men who drank green tea burned more calories during the day than men who didn't.

Yogurt (low fat, with live cultures): Provides calcium that helps you absorb other vitamins and nutrients into your cells, boosts your immune system, fights bacteria, and helps keep your intestinal track healthy. Look for a yogurt that is organic and not filled with sugar and sweeteners. I recommend Stony Field Yogurt.

Eggs - They are what nutritionists call a near- perfect food and complete protein (because of all the essential amino acids it contains) that are low in saturated fat and loaded with Vitamins A, D, B-12, folic acid, riboflavin, phosphorous, iron and zinc. Look for organic eggs that contain Omega 3's in your supermarket.

Meat - Contains protein, iron, zinc and the B vitamins (thiamin, niacin, riboflavin, B-6 and B-12). Look for lean meat that is free of hormones and antibiotics. Maverick is one brand that may be available in your grocery store.

Onions and Garlic - While your breath will surely keep the Energy Vampires away, recent research suggests that they boost your immune system which is great for your energy level. Other studies also suggest that garlic has antibacterial, antifungal, anticancer and healthy heart boosting properties. For maximum health benefits mince up a clove a day and eat it raw.

Also remember to eat smaller more frequent meals during the day, exercise and drink plenty of water.
