A torrent is a small file that has addresses where it can find a particular file and download. It is able to download the file from several sources at once, making it faster than most peer 2 peer sharing programs.
You will need to start by downloading a torrent reader program, such as BitTorrent. (Google for it. It is free). Then you need to find a web site that has torrent files available. (Again Google for "torrent files") As much of the material being downloaded with torrents is copyrighted material that is illegal to download, the sites are constantly moving to stay ahead of the law.
Be aware that downloading movies is illegal and can get you a fine of $100,000 per movie and possibly jail time. Also many of the movies shared by torrents, once downwoaded, are not what they claim to be. (There is no way to tell what you are downloading until the download is done. They can take hours to days to download). Many are porno ads, etc. instead of the real movie. Also, torrents are a major source of viruses, spyware, identity theft and dangerous and damaging things. So be sure to make a complete backup of your PC before running a torrent in case it hosing your hard drive, deleting all your files, stealing your e-mail accounts, etc.
You will find that the few dollars it cost to purchase a legal copy of a movie is cheaper and less trouble than what you will experience trying to steal a "free" copy of the same movie.

I use Utorrent (MicroTorrent) myself. It's small fast and the search engine plugin searches all the popular torrent sites. It's free and available from the link supplied below. Download the program and install it. Search the torrent sites for the file you require and save the 'torrent stub' to your desktop. Drag the stub into your torrent client which should be running and choose OK. your desired file should start to connect to other peers and start to download. You may need to allow for port forwarding in your modem setup, see modem manual for instructions or ask here on Answers. Good luck!

you have either misspelt 'torrents' (an up/downloading method over the web) or 'tourrette's' (a syndrome that causes involuntary verbal and physical outbursts - which I would advise against trying to get hold of).
Please clarify this (or see a psychiatrist).
