In all honesty - I have a sixth sense..and I am a psychic.. and every time I read someone Else's secret thoughts.. before they even use facial expressions and all.. I promise you most of the reactions were similar - total shock, they tend to physically move back a bit in their seat or standing position, some sweat, look away but I never say it if i am not 100% positive.. that i can read them.. BC there is no running away - it is clear.. and they have nothing to say.. tot tally speechless..

I did guess a co-worker's secret one time.
In the past, she had some pregnancies that miscarried. She did eventually get pregnant again but told nobody as she was nervous about another miscarriage.
She was a little over 3 months pregnant and we were talking one day. I had a strong feeling over the prior month about her being pregnant. I cam out and said to her, you're pregnant aren't you.
Her mouth just about dropped to the floor and she said How did you know. I just told her that I did and not to worry, that I wouldn't tell anybody which I did not.
She carried full term and had a healthy baby boy.

Some times we happen to guess correctly. If the guess happens to be quite unexpected, then the reaction is a four-in-one expression, of embarrasment, fear, and shocked surprise
