Teens are often associated with lust and infatuation - immaturity.

But not all do.

What are the difference between those who have found true love and those who have not? What caused them to be what they are (mature or not)?

The maturity of teens can depend on many things. One is the home environment. Does the teen have good relationships with their parents. Another is their friends that they hang out with and their school environment. I think the most important one is the teens values or beliefs. If maturity is not important to them they might grow up immature.

This is not about maturity or even experience. It is about attitude.

Teens have not cornered the market on lust, infatuation (or limerence or romance for the more experienced) or immaturity. Poor choices and not taking responsibility for ones actions can happen at any age.

In some culture and societies, a 14 year old can be just as adult as a 44 year old. And even in these cultures, there are 84 year olds who never grew up.

Very many adults of any age have experienced true love. This is not because it is unavailable, but because of personal choices many of which tend to be selfish.

Teens often are overlooked in the area of true love because others know their personal histories of confusing romance (which does fade with time) and true love (which never fades).
