yes, it is possible to ovulate even if you don't have your period.

Technically yes because you have to ovulate to get pregnant and ovulation occurs BEFORE your period but you can get pregnant by ovulating (releasing an egg) and then having sex and the sperm and egg mix making a baby. Most women ovulate monthly but some do not ovulate regularly and sometimes not at all without medication. I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and so I only ovulate every 6-15 months without meds and every month on meds. The first day of your period is called cycle day 1. most women ovulate around cycle day 14 but women with PCOS and other fertility problems/diseases may ovulate irregularly meaning not every month or skipping several months. In order to have a period you MUST ovulate and not get pregnant. If you ovulated but have no period then you may be pregnant. You can find out if you are ovulating by charting your BBT (basal body temperature) at fertilityfriend.com. But more than likely if you aren't having your period regularly (every 21-60 days) then you aren't ovulating or you just may not be ovulating on a regular basis.

Edited to add: Well if you have never had a period and are over the normal age to start (10-16) then I recommend seeing an ob/gyn who can figure out why you haven't. You may simply need some meds to jumpstart your period. If you are 10-16 and just have not started your period yet yes you can get pregnant because you must have your first ovulation to have a first period and you can get pregnant the first time you ovulate.

Enjoying the feeling of motherhood and raising a family would surely be a couple’s dream. Some get it naturally, while for some others things don’t seem to work as they desire. These reasons which stop a women from conceiving can be due to either physical reasons or truly physiological.

yes! IT works like this, you ovulate, and THEN you menstrate. Which means if you happen to be sexually active before your period EVER starts (which in my opinion means you're too young) then you could fertilize the VERY first egg, without ever menstrating. Sometimes sexual activity in extremely young children will START their menstrating early (like a child who is sexually abused can start at age 8 which I think we can all agree is TOO early for a child to start menstrating). The point is, if you're having sex you can GET pregnant, no matter how old, no matter if you've had your period or not!

NO. If you've never menstrated then maybe you should see a doctor (just a thought).
