Being it's your first time and you are using muscles that you never used before, it sounds normal. Like a good work. If the pain doesn't go away in a day or two see a docotor.

It’s natural for first timer. It really stretches your body like a whole day work out. And that is the reason why sex is a good exercise, because every part of your body moves. Well don’t worry that pain will fade away. And if you have sex more often your body will be immune with that pain.

Sorry it is painful the first time, you should have asked him to be very gentle and slow. Shame sorry, next time you do it talk about it OK before you do it so you know what to expect!
