some one says it is not recomended ( direct nylon on skin) is it right ..??

Yes.
If the pantyhose has a cotton crotch, then you don't need to wear underwear. If they don't, then you should wear your panties under them. The nylon (or other fabric) doesn't allow the skin to breathe, trapping moisture against your skin. This can help to encourage yeast and other bacteria to grow.

I'm still not able to quite imagine pantyhose over pants...I suppose it would be a little easier to do than over a skirt.

I guess that could be a new trend.

Neither get yourself some knee high and a good guarder belt and you Will never have a problem with pulling up pantyhose again.
