it is possible. the brownish discharge is prob spotting due to the egg being implanted into Ur uterus. get a pregnancy test or see a doc

go see a doc for a blood test
although 46 is early for menapause
some woman do start
a blood test could confirm if you are preg

if its not your first pregnancy (lol) then yes, but go see your OB cos your health as well as your baby might be at risk if not given proper care. congrats!!!
