Visit Filipinos especially workers to boost their morale,
Provide trade opportunities, and
Invite foreign investors to make businesses in R.P.

Negative:
Expenses instead of giving it to the poor sector,
Relatives are included adding to more expenses,
Bad image due to mendicant foreign policy,
Foreign contracts are unfavorable to R.P., and
Time wasted instead of visiting isolated islands in R.P.
