Just give him the ultimatum, it's either you or his mate. If he has any sense he'd choose you, if he chooses his mate then you're better off without a loser like him in your life.

I think the only person he needs to get out of his life might be You. Sorry, but it is his life and he has the right to choose his friends and I'm sure his friend didn't put chains on him and tie him down in the pub chair and force pints down his throat... Or if he did, then obviously your boyfriend enjoys bdsm and is bi ;). However it is, I think you need to either accept that although you are together you both have your own life to live and if you can't live with some of his decision, then you have to talk with him about it, and if you still can't come to an agreement or you can't accept what he's doing, then You have to go your own way...

Tell him the truth. Sit down and have an intervention with him. Explain what a bad influence his friend is on him, and that if he keeps going down this road, he's going to wind up dropping out of collage, going no where in life, etc...
Then talk to his "friend" and tell him to stop bringing your boyfriend to the bar, that it's upsetting you and that maybe he can handle it but your boyfriend cant. Tell him that if he really was a good friend he would be a better person for him!
OR just anytime you can, dont tell him that his friend called,
Sabotage their plans... etc...
But the truth is always the best.

You can't, this is his friend and you wouldn't like this if he was planning this on you. You cannot blame his friend for what your boyfriend is doing he is his own free spirit, yes friends can have a bad influence in some cases and this is obviously one of them, speak to him and perhaps just warn him he should watch what he is doing when he meets up with his mate. He probably realises already that he did a stupid thing yesterday, but I assure you no nagging or trying to get him to dump his mate is going to help your relationship, hope all goes well.

Maybe your bf is a follower- or he wanted to go get smashed(drunk) and went for it- he is an adult and can say no- does he have the back bone to say no and stand his ground?? good trick- bad trick- let the air out of his tires- press pin in valve stem- put dog poop on his windshield- put an old dead fish in his car- under the seat to stink- itching powder in his shorts- ok? Its seems to me that your boyfriend enjoys his friends company. You don't need tricks. Your boyfriend has a mind of his own and like all men will do what they want to do. Let your boyfriend know how you feel about his friend and if he continues then I believe you need to find another boyfirned.

Don't trick anybody, your fella will not be too happy at all, if his mate is a mug, give him enough rope and he'll hang himself, on the other hand, if your bloke is a mug, bin him off and get another one...

Your boyfriend is the loser, is he so much of a coward that he cant say no. He deserves it all for being a pushover, stop dating doormats. If his friends control his actions he's not a man, he's acting like a girl.

All you can do is talk to him, and tell him that you think he should be a bit more responsible, and not so easily led by his friend.
After that it's up to him. He'll have to live with the consequences.
Dead end job, No money, No respect etc.

First of all you should talk to him and tell him not to go pub when he is in College, you should tell his friend to that stop draging your boyfriend out to pub.
