Love for sure, lust is such a short lived thing. Love can last a lifetime and the lust comes and goes when you are in a stable relationship.

Unsatiable lust for each other is better than love.. I am sure some kind (!) of love or a strong attraction are prerequisites for the unsatiable lust. Without lost love is boring and based on people being needy or dependent.
