what would a thesis statement be for "the value of a high school diploma"?

im really lost on the whole thesis statement and i need help! any ideas?

Wha t are you trying to give credance too? what it means to have the diploma or what you don't get with out having it?? It is already a proven fact High School Grad's already make more than the drop outs whom don't have one, even those that get a GED still make more. Find numbers to support this and build off of that
