what is the benefit of juggling ? if you can juggle,then what will you might be good to learn? are there other aspect which you can learn easier?what does it help?

It helps hand/eye/brain co-ordination and general dexterity. Therefore some arts (playing musical instruments etc) and sports where speed is essential (for instance table tennis) might benefit you by learning to juggle.

It is possible that you can get better at Math, because juggling trains up your level of focus and attension, which is very important in Math because even a small change in numbers can fail you!
