i take her out a lot wine and dine tell her i love her the whole works we are really in love however i just feel that when i tell her how sexy she is she just not believing it herself and that affects our sex life how do i get her to believe again that she is gorgeous

Bless your heart for trying to help her!!! You cant make her feel sexy though she has to feel that for herself. Its an inner body thing. Maybe ask her why she doesnt feel sexy any more. There are times in some womens lives such as having kids, sometimes just feeling worn out that makes some women not feel sexy any longer. Talk to her.

Do old fashioned things when you go out, (i.e., holding doors for her, etc.) Constantly tell her how beautiful she is. When you are kissing before sex, have hands all over her and be verbal on how much she turns you on and how much you love her body. It works for me.
