I do not know any method, people remember dreams naturally, sometimes poeple remember sometimes they do not, it is all natural, but there are scientific methods usig therapy to remember dreams.

Before you go to sleep make a pact with yourself to remember your dream and then imagine you are signing a document stating that fact and sealing it up in an official dream keepers envelope which disappears into your subconscious. Keep a notebook by your bed so that you can write the dreams down in the morning and that saves them cluttering up your daytime hours. keep a journal next to your bed, write down any memories of the dreams you had right away, then when you are awake you may remember more of the details by what your journal says. by the way when you start keeping a journal you start to realize when you are dreaming and will learn to wake up and write them down immediately.
