32mm spacer is causing the already loose front wheel bearings to cause excessive movement. Jack Truck up all around wheels off of the ground place 4 jack stand under it (saftey first) wiggle each tire rim side to side and in and out top to bottom there should be no slack in tie rods wheel bearings and ball joints put into 4 gear start it up in 4 wheel drive high and watch how much up down side to side the tires and wheels move while spinning

32mm wheel spacers?? Why? Have you fitted some wheels that were obviously never intended to go on the vehicle? Are you just doing it to increase the track-width?

Whatever the reason, you need to take them off and throw them in the bin right now. If Mitsubishi had meant there to be 32mm spacers on the wheels, they'd have put them on there when they built the damned thing. You're straining the wheel bearings, the wheel studs, the suspension and steering-gear, and you will have altered the whole steering and suspension geometry of the vehicle.

You can't even spell 'Pajero', let alone start mucking about with something as vital as the way the wheels are fixed-on.

Loose wheel Nuts. Tighten them.
Wheel not concentric with hub.
Jack it up and make sure the gap between tyre and road when you spin it stays the same.
An inch and a quarter is too much spacer, get the proper wheels with the right offset for the job, I bet the wheel is just hanging on the bolts not engaged on the spigot.
My friend had dodgy aftermarket spacers and the wrong wheels fitted when lost a complete wheel assembly by the Swan Pub, it rolled across and hit the wall about 3 feet from the front door and the motor stopped resting on its brake drum in a shower of sparks. Not funny, well it was actually, but he did not think so at the time and if anyone had been hurt it could have been a bit nasty.

It might be that the wheels are out of balance. Have you had them balanced lately. Are the spacers good quality and balanced? Is there some wear in the steering which is exagerated by the spacers?

if youve had the wheels balanced on the motor.
you will have to have that done if you have knobbly tyres
if that doesnt work get a steering damper kit its just like ashock absorber that fits on the track arms
