the man is gay which is the most immoral lifestyle a human can engage in.
as far as lawbreaking just keep in mind that his sins have only recently been exposed.
it is now that they will find out just how deep his activities go.... :)

I truly hate being called a neocon that sounds so ugly. Foley is being bashed not only by Republicans but by Democrats. And he should be bashed, over the head. What he did was wrong and he should have been stopped a lot sooner than he was. However to tar all Republicans with this brush is also wrong. The Democrats also seem to have the morals of alley cats.

OK, so he's going to get one vote. You are entitled to throw your vote away if that's what you want to do.
BTW, the age of consent in FL is 18, not 16. You are badly mis-informed. It is 16 only if the older participant is under 24. Foley is well past that age.
At least the right and left can agree on one thing. Foley is a piece of sh!t.

The FBI isn't so sure that "This man broke no laws". They're investigating many incidents involving Foley now.
And if Foley himself was sure of his innocence, why did he go back to Florida, hire a lawyer, and hide out at an alcohol rehab center?

People in general do not like what Foley did. To some of us in society morals matter. I suspect that many diehard liberals are not particularly offended by Foley, especially since they defend any democrat accused in any scandal. Conservatives are offended, the majority of liberals appear to be playing politics. The previous statement is not applied to all democrats because I know many of you are also offended by this man's behavoir, but this issue is being overly politicized everywhere in an attempt to slander all republicans, rather than just the person who actually deserves it.

Personally, I think trolling for youngsters if gross, but you are correct. No laws have been broken. I think that it is a matter of unethical behavior. Some people just take the first glance and run with it.
