No he hasn't
He said that he'll quit sometime in the next year but he hasn't quit yet. Do you read the news or just believe anything that people tell you?

I actually don't think tony blair is that bad, we could have alot worse! Also he does seem like a caring person, i havn't really ever taken much notice of politics and that but been watching gmtv with him on recently.
Also he's not leaving till next year which is worrying as then we may get an asshole running our country and really mess it up! Our country hasn't been ruined at all- at least were not in poverty so stop moaning about what your not happy with and concentrate on the good things tony blair has done!
We could be in serious disaster if he have some idiot running our country!

I think people have forgotten the good things the conservatives did under Maggie.Things like giving everybody the chance to buy their own property and start up new businesses Before then it was nearly impossible for the majority
Tackling very strong opposition to make the unions less disruptive to the country as whole to name a few.
Towards the end it all went **** up as it does in any government.
Tony Blair is no exception he has made a big difference to this country most of which I don't like but many do and you have to respect that.
Like Prime Ministers before it will be the bad things we remember him for as it will when the next prime minister leaves office.

First thing, it's more of a pledge to quit. Second, HE DID NOT RUIN THIS COUNTRY!!! he freaking improved it! after the Tories sold of half of the NHS and our national rail THEY ruined everything. Compared to them Tony Blair is a week and gentle kitten.
I'm not saying going into Iraq was a good idea, but as far as political alliances go, Tony Blair thought America would be a more stable ally than Iraq. So now, every time a labour supporter talks about real political issues, the Tories just shove their fingers in their eyes and scream "IRAQ IRAQ IRAQ!!!"
Vote Green to go Green!

Tony Blair hasn't quit, fact. Though I have to agree that Mr Blair is far from perfect, anyone who thinks he 'ruined' this country is obviously too young to remember the Thatcher years! Now go and ask your Daddy about Mrs T before you slag Blair off! We don't know we're born today!

I actually like Tony Blair, even though I dont want him to continue to be Prime Minister. The biggest problem I had with him, and I admit it's a huge problem, is his relationship with Bush. I think history will be kind to Tony Blair, the war on Iraq was a huge disaterous mistake but he did improve things while he was in power which wont be appreciated for another 10 years. As long as we dont get the tories in I'll be happy.
Edit: I have to agree with 'curryisforlife', I'm too young to remember much of Thatcher being in power but I remember my whole family and communty losing their jobs over the pit closure and I remember men getting sent wreaths and hearses if they went to work to support their families. It was one of my earliest memories so I am totally for a labour government, with tories the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Fact.
