any free clay animation programs i could download pls a really good one i'm new to this

clay animation is done by stop motion photography
they move the figures a tiny bit and take a picture each time
24 frames = one second of playback time...no software used at all!

But if what your really talking about is 3d Modeling

Sorry, but there are no claymation "programs". The reason the process is so expensive and well-respected is because it's all done by hand. Every frame is shot individually and edited together. There are no software programs for this and any over-the-counter editing package can import the pictures and cut the movie together for you.

I don't think there will be any on-line stuff for it, as it is really all done by hand. Something i've always wanted to do!!!

y'know i'd love that to be my job - make stuff like wallace and gromit all day long....how cool. takes a lot of patience, moving each clay part and taking endless pictures. but as we can see - it's looks great - well worthwhile.
