my property is in rajasthan,and is more than 100 years old,the location also is fantastic,the stucture too is in a good shape.it can be converted into a beautiful heritage hotel.it has very spacious rooms and big halls.

if u really love ur property u can develop it , it will be better option than giving on lease .. lease will make u happy but tie ur hands and legs .. i mean happy but cannot enjoy

Anyhow, the right thing would be to get a feasibility report done by some proffessionals and check out on the type of finance it involves...Then see if you can afford to develop it with the support of Bank loan or mebbe you cud get in touch with some investors and develop it in a beautiful manner. Hoteliers are always on a look out for such properties, but leasing it to them would be a shame. ...If you are Indian...then all the more reasons to not to do so. Good luck!!!

try contatctin rajasthan Tourism Board...otherwise send photographs of u r property to various hotel groups like the Oberois, Taj r Clarriots...they might b interested..
