Pop open a little box with at least a 2 carat diamond ring in it. But honestly -- if she's interested she will accept no matter how you propose. You want somebody who's going to be there with you through good and bad.

Just be urself, genuine, rose are good, nice dinner and best of all get down on one knee, hold both of her hands in yours, reach in to ur pocket and pull out the little red/blue or whatever colored box you have and produce the ring. Nothing corny, as long as you have already talked about it and u feel ur both ready.. it should be very good for you, and you get Yes with tears of joy..
