You can remember it by looking at various things around you. Or try to remember the sequence of events you did in the whole day and that might make you remember what you want. If this is a frequent problem try practicing yoga. That helps you to concentrate and remember things.

I was going to try to thuink of a funny answer, but just in case you re serious, Here s what you do: Complety stop trying. Think of something completly different, as if you don t even care about it. It will suddenly come to you. Works for me all the time.
