All the other answers are correct in saying you can put any networks sim card into the phone (this is why they are so expensive as networks subsidise their phones by locking them to the network and then charging fees to get them unlocked).
The other good thing about this though and some people don't realise is you can put ANY countries sim card in there - so, to avoid large roaming charges - simply buy a cheap PAYG sim card from one of the networks in the country you go to, pop it in the phone, and hey presto - cheaper international calls.

It's not! It's a mobile you buy that's not tied to a paticular network, already unlocked i.e. sim free.

Its one that comes without a sim card and is `unlocked` so you can put your existing sim card in or any sim card you choose from any network. Hope this helps.

Its a phone without a sim card. It wont work unless you put the sim card from your old/existing phone into it.
