I think you mean lust - The love comes when you've been with them for a while - Hang out with him after school or what ever you kids get up to these days - It's usually best to suss out how he feels - don't go telling him anything too soon.

Cuz I was in such situation many time ago, but I though that it was love at the first sight, but now I understand how silly I was!
Don't waste your time, if he is single too then tell it to him,if you're sure about his reaction, just be yourself and keep on fun kin!

love and lust are two very different things.....to be true love I would imagine he would need to have the same feeling as you do
Just walk up and tell him you like him and would like to get to know him more!
