mefenamic acid is a derivative of aspirin..so it gives aspirin-like toxicity,but to lesser extend

the usual symptoms are
1)headache
2)hyperthermia (dangerous, u might wanna cool down urself unless ure trying to kill urself)
3)mental confusion
4)blood dyscrasias

its anaesthetic effect will not be present at toxic doses..so if u need a stronger pain reliever, talk to ur GP..tramadol might help but i think u'll need precsription

that's toxic levels - you will die unless they can pump most out of your tummy
