This web site has a list of well known Romanian castles, including the Bran and Peles castles. It doesn't tell which is the largest, though.

The parliament palace is the biggest, but I personally don't consider it a castle, in the traditional context of the word. Peles in Sinaia is the castle I would reccommend. It is big and also very beautiful. Bran is a popular one, but it is small and in my opinion not worth seeing. Although I've never been there, I've heard that the Corvin Castle in Hunedoara is also large and very beautiful.

BLACK CHURCH - BRASOV
The Black Church - the largest construction in gothique style from Romania, has a very important collection of Turkish carpets and one of the largest organs in Europe. It has 4000 pipes and 76 registers.
THE PARLIAMENT PALACE - built before 1989 and initially called the People's Palace, it is the second largest building in the world. The building is admired both for its colossal size and its exceptional facilities.
