Wow, this is the goverment section and and you have no idea what can happen if your chosen as enemy of the state with the new bill that was just passed?
If you don't think we lost some rights please explain why not.

You bet I care! The detainee bill allows the government to detain any citizen, without charges, simply by declaring that the prisoner is an enemy combatant - complete with expanded e.c. definitions and NO habeas corpus protection.

WE HAVE LOST SO MANY RIGHTS UNDER THE BUSH JR& SR YEARS ITS PATHETIC. PEOPLE JUST ROLL OVER AND TAKE IT BECAUSE OOH THE TERRORIST.THE FATHERS OF THIS COUNTRY CAME FROM OPPRESSIVE GOVERNMENT'S IN EUROPE,THEY WERE REVOLUTIONARIES.THEY WROTE THE CONSTITUTION& BILL OF RIGHTS WITH THOSE IN MIND ,THE RIGHT TO ARMS,RIGHT TO ASSEMLBY,FREE SPEECH.CHECKS AND BALANCES WERE SUPPOST TO BE THE CONGRESS,THE SENATE,THE SUPREME COURT,THE PRESIDENT.THE WRITE TO BEAR ARMS WAS TO PROTECT THE PEOPLE AGAINTS A CORRUPT GOVERMENT .THE NEWS WE GET IS SMOKE AND MIRRORS & HALF TRUTHS.FOX NEWS DECIDED BUSH'S FIRST COUP.BASICALLY THE FEDERAL GOVERMENT IS OUT OF CONTROL ,THE STATES ARE LAME ,THE CONGRESS & SENATE ARE SPINELESS,GREEDY, PUPPETS FOR BIGBUSINESS.THE COURTS ARE PAY FOR PLAY.THE PRESIDENT IS A SELFISH FANATIC,THE VICE PRESIDENT IS A MONSTER WITH A RAGE PROBLEM.DO YOU KNOW THAT WHEN CHEANEY WORKED FOR HALLIBURTTON THEY SOLD WEAPONS TO IRAN THROUGH A SUBSIDARY?I KNOW THUGS AND KILLERS WITH MORE HONOR AND CONCIENCE THAN PRESIDENT AND V.P.YEAH THE WHOLE RIGHT'S THING SUCKS,BUT I'M MEXICANMERICAN SO MY RIGHTS HAVE ALREADY BEEN EDITED.IGNORANCE IS BLISS BUT I'M NOT.

Much of the Bill of Rights is being undermined by this Administration. No rule of law for these tough chicken hawks; no rights for us, if we get in their way.

We didn't just loose them, we lost them a while ago. Some of us was hoping to stop it from happening, but most were screaming terrorist, terrorist, terrorist, bible, bible, bible.
