my boyfriend keeps hanging around with his friend who is a bad influence. his studies have gone down hill as he no longer attends college. how can i stop this happening as i want my boyfriend to have a future.

what good tricks can i do to make him see that his friend is dragging him down. he doesn't seem to want to talk to me anymore as he is too occupied going to a pub with his friend

Just let ur boyfriend know that u r worried about him... but u cant stop him from hanging around with this loser if he messes up his life then thats his problem..make sure u tell him though what could happen.

Make comments to your boyfriend about how lucky you are to have him and not a loser like his friend. Inform him that you would never be attracted to a guy like the friend.Drop suttle hints like how you feel sorry for the guy wasting his life away with the future of a complete failure. He'll get the point if wants to make something out of life, and have a future with you. If he doesn't, and he is already in college,then he is immature and isn't the right guy for you.

Explain to him that it's great to have friends, but you do not plan on supporting him and his friend when he flunks out of college. Maybe anonimously send a copy of his bad grades to his parents house. That may get soem attention from him, just don't send the originals, sneak and make copies of his bad test grades, then send it to his parents house with a fake letter from a guidance counselor with a scribbled name that they can't read and say that his attendance is bad adn he needs to shape up or he'll be getting kicked out. If he is there on a type of scholarship, remind him that he has to keep his GPA up or else he loses his free ride. Or there's always the he hit on me baby act, and tell him that his friend hit on you, that may work, but the most honest way and the way I would do it is to find his friend a gf who likes a man that gets good grades, who can shape his friend up by helping him to get good grades, we women have wonderful powers. All els efails, withhold sex until he gets a great test score.

There is no better form of motivation then the lack of sex, if you remove that as an option, then you'll see results and improvement fast and soon. You would be amazed at how much that works.

Give him an ultimatum that if he does not stop what his doing and continue his studies, you would stop seeing him. If he agreed to stop then good for him if not, and he chose to be with his BI Friend than to be with you; let him go, his not worth it.

Start comparing him with other financially stable guys whom he and you know, especially those whom he hates and tell him how great those guys are and how you wish they are your boyfriend.
