do you read much for pleasure. novels fiction like that. It is not the person who says a lot that makes the impression okay. it is the person who says something and it is always something right on the money in need. okay. this way when you do speak people will stop an listen to you. You do not listen because it is being said so much ans so loudly it is not interesting to you. You wan to go and do something that will keep your interest. the ones speaking are usually the same ones, correct? Well after you listen to them for so long, you get bored with their continual yayayayaing. Just wait and the opportunity will arise for you to say your piece. and when you do it will be listened to for its infrequency of use and its new outlook on the thing that has been hashed over too much.
To build your confidence, you only have to do one thing. Know what you are talking about before you speak. An argument cannot be won only by saying something is so, You must be able to prove it so also.
confidence comes from knowledge. that is all know what you are going to say bout a thing and then say it. and then be quiet.

First, you have to believe in yourself. Be confident and willing to learn from others. When you got that in place, you should communicate more with the people around you. Do no be afraid to make mistakes, and as friends you should help each other along the way.

On your part, you should read more books, perhaps starting with the local newspapers first.. Then to some novels. By keeping a dictionary at hand will also help you, as you are able to find out the meaning of a word that you don't know.

Be patient, and soon enough you will be able to speak and write well!

All the best and don't give up!
