A cloud is the TOP answer but how ya going to judge which one gits the award? Do you have to say what type of cloud? Like cumuli nimbus or whatever? A cloud is full of moisture, it is just when it starts raining the cloud is too full of water vapor and it has to lose some.

our bodies are mostly water... we can fly... with help of stuff....
