I've seen them on tv. It was some documentary by a Big Brothers Across America (i think) member about his "little brother". They are still out there in the uneducated remote parts of the United States. It's astonishing to me that people can have that much ignorance to believe in the superiority of their race when in those remote parts of the US many of them are inbred felons, child molesters and rapists. Give me your thoughts!

The KKK is still around for the same reason the Middle East has not seen peace in decades. People keep teaching their children to hate, plain & simple.

Bedbugs are still around too. Unlike the KKK, bedbugs have enjoyed a resurgence lately. Numbers aside, both are disgusting.
Why are the KKK still around? There are people who cling to their repugnant beliefs like a life raft. Perhaps, if they can blame others for their problems, they won't have to try to solve them by themselves. I for one wish the KKK and bedbugs would die out.

Because there are still poor people/isolated/uneducated...etc people out there. The south is the most uneducated, isolated and poorest reagion...hence the most racisim....there is also more violence down there as well...

i tend to look at the KKK like a scab " if you pick at it, it'll never go away" as long as people actually care about these twits have to say they'll keep popping up
