Yes, it does. Ten years old is considered being a child, and a female should not risk damaging her organs at that young of an age. Females are not prepared for sex until they have had their period, and in my opinion, are at least the age where they are able to vote. Also, if a female gets her period early and becomes impregnated during sexual acts, her body will not be prepared to give birth to a child. She will not be mentally or emotionally able to have a child as well. So, please, wait until you are much older and have found the one. You have the rest of your life for that! Enjoy your childhood!

besides possiblity of father hood at your age,, some sexual transmitted diseases,, AIDS<>

are you planning on having sex with a ten year old or what? I am pretty sure there would be complications, especially if she hasnt hit puberty yet.
p.s. why would you ask that...thats kind of a gross question.
