E-mail President Bush and/or your local, state & federal reps through the excellent site: http://www.congress.org/ Put in zip code or address to find out who represents you. Have your letters hand delivered, monitor votes, search bills, raise and take action on issues that concern you.

You can't send one to him directly. He has people who read and MAYBE answer them. Try president@whitehouse.gov or comments@whitehouse.gov.
