A combination of both. She's unstable and an attention seeker - exactly the kind of person Big Brother likes to put on the show. Given her history of anorexia, she's unlikely to handle the attention she's getting, and will find her inevitable plunge back into obscurity even harder.
It's time to say no to these exploitative reality shows. However annoying Nikki or some of the other contestants may be they are human beings and shouldn't be treated like freaks.

Shes a spoilt brat that has been told shes wonderful, beautiful and can have what ever she wants in life from being very young. I don't think she's mental, I think it's the way she's been brought up and yes, a lot of it is acting because she knows that is how to get attention. She needs shooting.

She is totally 100% mentally unbalanced.
Someone needs to give her a good slapping, a kick up the ar$e and told to grow up. Spoilt little brat!!!
Kids of 4-5 years old have more sense than this stupid mentally unbalanced fart.

I think it's a little bit of both. She is clearly a nutta, period. Saying that, I do believe she plays up to the character she has created for herself. She knew there were camera's watching her 24/7 in the BB house, and once they panned on to her, BAM, off she went in to some torrent of spolitbrat -itis!
If this is truly her, damn she needs shooting for the sake of humanity.

I think nikki has had a lot of trouble in her life which has led to her behaving in the way that she does.

I think she puts alot of on to be honest. I'm sorry but there surely is no women her age who acts like a 2 year old!

i think in the BB house she was a spoilt child used to getting her own way, in the outside world she knows she will get rich from acting so now she is acting what she does best in order to get fame and maybe a footballer husband, as that is her dream

no i do not think she is acting.
due to her eating disorder as a child i think she missed out on her childhood she almost died at one point.he seems like she had what ever she wanted all the attention she could ever have.
this is normal for her.
a teenager is stuck in an adults body.
its sad really.

i think some of it's mental and some of it's acting she knows that some people find it funny so keeps doing it to roll in the dough!
