Probably any hardware store sells general purpose patch/repair kits. But there are a couple of things to look out for: Tyr to figure the material that the mattress is made from, because some glues are not compatible, and they can actually dissolve the material or weaken it. Also, the patch should be the same material - if the mattress is made from rubber-type material, check to make sure the patch is compatible. you wouldn't want to patch it with a clear-plastic patch --it wouldn't hold up under the pressure. You don't need to be a chemist to determine compatibility, just make sure the materials are bizarrely different. Usually the package will warn of any disparities and what to avoid...good luck...I had an expensive mattress that developed a hole, and I saved a lot of money by patching it (with a general purpose kit) instead of discarding it.

Write/call the manufacturer, and them to mail a "patch kit" to you.
